Q. Is Gingersnap’s Organic?
A. Yes. Our complete line of raw, fresh pressed juice is organic. We will only use conventional ingredients when the Organic version is not available.
Q. Why is juice so expensive?
A. Our average drink takes large amounts (upwards of 2 pounds of Organic fruits and vegetables to make. We use Organic produce for our juice. Finally, the process of cold pressing requires more involvement. It is a two-step process in order to get all the nutrition out of the vegetables and into your bottle!
Q. Is Gingersnap’s Organic & Kosher?
A. Yes, our products are Kosher, Vegan, Organic, and Gluten Free!
Q. Why such a short shelf life?
A. We are a non-pasteurized product, that includes HPP (high pressurized processing.) Mother nature has yet to make a piece of kale stay fresh for 3 weeks, neither do we..

Q. Why Organic?
A. Organic ingredients are void of harmful chemicals, pesticides, hormones and antibiotics. They have greater nutrient levels than conventional food. By choosing organic, we look after our health and the planet.
Q. Why Cleanse?
A. Often our bodies need a break from digesting overly processed and heavy foods. We offer several [GO] Cleanses ranging from raw food, all juice cleanses,mixture of both half day and custom cleanses. Q. How many calories are in your juices?
A. At Gingersnap’s Organic we have not calculated how many calories are in each juice. We do not believe in calorie counting, we believe in eating things that are nutrient dense.
Q. Where is everything produced?
A. Everything is made in our open kitchen sit down café in the West Village.
Q. I want to get regular juice deliveries to my house. Is this possible?
A. Absolutely! We deliver all over Manhattan, please see our delivery map for delivery charges.
Q. I have allergies, can you make a menu for me?
