When food is not exposed to processing and heat, more of its original nutrients are preserved. When we heat ingredients higher than 118 degrees the vitamins, minerals and antioxidants important to our health are destroyed or devalued. Enzymes that aid our digestion are also destroyed through the heating process. The less the body has to work on digestion, the younger it stays.

At Gingersnap’s Organic, we dehydrate our food at no higher than 118 degrees, allowing for an optimal balance of flavor and nutrition. The ingredients in our dishes are 100% organic, which for us not only represents a commitment to higher quality food, but to a cleaner environment. We believe you will taste and feel the difference in our cuisine.

WHY ORGANIC?

Organic produce is grown without the use of harmful chemicals, pesticides, fertilizers, growth hormones or antibiotics. Evidence shows organic food to have far greater nutrient levels than conventionally farmed food. When our cells are introduced to chemicals, they can malfunction and even change structure. When we choose organic we look after the health of our body, immune system, our soil and the health of our planet. Everyone wins.


WHY CLEANSE?

Often our bodies need a break. A break from digesting overly processed and heavy foods Prepared daily by trained chefs, our menu is raw, vegan, organic, and gluten free. Through the use of unique ingredients and preparation techniques, our dishes are abundant in flavor and contain no animal products, grains, gluten, fillers or preservatives of any kind. Inspired by life on the [GO], we offer a full line of cleanses, including: full day of liquids, full day of raw food, half day as well as custom options. All of our options will yield great results.

We are a non pasteurized product, that includes HPP (high pressurized processing.) Mother nature has yet to make a piece of kale stay fresh for 3 weeks, neither do we….Choose fresh…

INNOVATIVE

We have traded conventional ovens in for food dehydrators, which use fans and low temperatures to reduce the water in food, while keeping the enzymes and nutrients intact. Many of the ingredients on our menu are prepared in stainless steel dehydrators, which promote better health, even drying and tastier crackers, wraps and chips.
